  • Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed by 2:00 p.m. (GMT+4) will be processed the same day.
  • Processing Time: Order processing time is 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Delivery time: The delivery time is usually 14-16 working days (Monday to Friday).
  • Shipping costs: Free shipping for orders totaling over $199.

Where do we ship to?
Currently we ship only within United States.

Order confirmation
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have your order in our system and we have started our order handling process. 

Order Tracking
Once we ship your package, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number on our tracking page to see where your package is. If you do not receive it or it does not work, please contact our customer service.

Order Shipping
Once you place your order, we need 3-5 business days to process it. After your order is processed, it will be shipped and usually takes 14-16 business days to arrive. 

Shipping costs
Enjoy free shipping on orders totaling over $199. For orders under 199$ there is flat fee of 17$.

Rush Order Option:
Need your items sooner? Opt for our Rush Order option on the product page for an additional $25 charge. This option ensures delivery within 7-10 days from the time of order placement. The processing time for Rush Orders is 4-5 days, and the transit time is 3-5 days, resulting in a total delivery time of 7-10 days..

Delayed orders
If the maximum time for processing and shipping the order has expired and your order still hasn't arrived, don't panic. Please allow up to 2 additional days and remember to use your tracking code. If your package has still not arrived by then, please contact us with your order number. 

Damaged or incorrect orders
Did you successfully receive your package, but it was damaged or the wrong items were delivered? No problem! Please take photos of the problem, include a brief explanation of what is wrong, and contact us with your order number.

Track Your Order:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. Use this number to monitor the real-time status and location of your package. Please note that the tracking information remains active for 24 hours.

Returns and Exchanges:
In the rare instance that you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, we allow exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. For detailed information on our return and exchange policies, including the process and eligibility criteria, please visit our Return & Exchange Policy page.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items damaged after delivery.

Order Cancellation:
