To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in good condition, whether it's new or slightly used. It should be in the same condition that you received it and, if applicable, in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items damaged after delivery.

You have 30 calendar days to request a return, refund, or exchange from the date you received your item.

If your product is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was shipped, we take full responsibility. In such cases, we will provide a return label by mail, and the returning shipping cost will be covered by us. We will offer a refund or free exchange.
III. Return Shipping for Change of Mind or Incorrect Size:
If you change your mind or provide the incorrect size, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange and cover the return shipping. Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will process the refund or exchange. Please note that the return label is not provided by us, and customers are required to handle the shipment logistics.
3. Refund Process
